SGLF Releases New Ad Exposing Lansing Liberals’ Harmful School Lockdowns
Washington D.C.— The State Government Leadership Foundation (SGLF), the policy partner of the Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC), today released an ad exposing how liberal policies kept Michigan children out of the classroom for far too long and the price these children are paying for these unnecessary lockdowns now. The 30 second ad makes a call to action for Michiganders to support the MI Brighter Future Plan, a proposal introduced by conservatives to get Michigan children back on track and address learning loss.
The five-figure campaign will run on digital platforms in 17 counties across Michigan and is the second paid ad campaignSGLF has released in the Wolverine state this year.
“When the world shutdown, Lansing Liberals kept our kids out of the classroom for far too long. As a result, Michigan children are now forced to overcome significant amounts of learning loss as a result from these lockdowns,” said SGLF Spokesperson Mason Di Palma. “While Michigan continues to rank towards the bottom in education, conservatives are determined to reverse this trend by introducing the MI Brighter Future Plan. If Lansing Liberals choose to kill this proposal, it will confirm just how little they care about helping create a brighter future for Michigan children.”
